Tampa Greyhound's poker room to reopen?

There is an article in today's St Petersburg Times that both Tampa Greyhound and Derby Lane are going to year round racing. The article also states that both tracks will offer poker with Tampa Greyhound being licensed for a 30-table card room. Derby Lane will offer racing Monday to Saturday and Tampa Greyhound will have the dogs running 7 days a week. That means Tampa Greyhound will offer poker on Sundays while Derby Lane is dark. This changes from the current situation in which Derby Lane offers poker during Tampa Greyhounds meet through an agreement wereby Tampa Greyhound transferred its poker rights for the meet to Derby Lane.

Here is the news release from Neteller. I'm not sure if the 75 days means the money will be released in 75 days or the plan to release the money will be in place in 75 days. Either way at least there is some movement towards getting my money back in my pocket.
